Camelia is an endorsed Educational and Developmental Psychologist with over two decades of experience supporting children, young people, families, and schools. As Principal Psychologist at CW Psychological Services, she brings extensive expertise in neurodevelopmental disorders, learning difficulties, and mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and OCD. Camelia's approach is evidence-based, person-centered, and neuro-affirming. She is passionate about understanding each individual's unique strengths and needs to provide tailored therapeutic care and assessment services. Currently conducting research at Swinburne University, Camelia specialises in supporting autistic students transitioning to tertiary education—reflecting her commitment to bridging research and practice. She serves as Chair of the College of Educational and Developmental Psychology and has presented at international conferences, contributing to advancing psychological practice. As an endorsed supervisor, Camelia mentors emerging psychologists and offers professional supervision. She has held teaching positions at the University of Melbourne and Australian Catholic University, and contributed to academic publications on school psychology and educational psychology practice. Camelia is dedicated to creating inclusive, collaborative therapeutic relationships that honours each person's journey toward growth and wellbeing.
